The Baleshwar beach is quite famous among Beaches in India for the Shaivite shrine, Beleswar that is situated at a distance of 15 kilometer from Puri in Orissa, India.

The Bhitarkanika Mangroves is in the river delta of the Brahmani and Baitarani rivers. The Bhitarkanika Mangroves are home to 55 of India's 58 known mangrove species.

Chandaneswar is famous for a Shiva Temple. In the month of Chaitra i.e., in the last month of Bengali calender year, an annual fair is organised around this temple. Pilgrims from all over the country, especially from Orissa, Bengal, Bihar come to this fair.

Gahirmatha Beach separates the Bhitarkanika mangroves from the Bay of Bengal, is the world"s most important nesting beach for Olive Ridley Sea Turtles.

Nalagiri is mostly identified with the Jagnnath temple and is located near the Kuldiha sanctuary. Kalidiha is also an ideal base for Trekking. Nilagiri was the capital of an ex-princely state

Panchalingeswar is 45 km away from Chandipur lies this Shaivite shrine famous for its elevating natural splendour amidst the lush Nilagiri Hills and fine lingams over which runs a continuously flowing stream.

Simlipal National Park is a national park and a Tiger Reserve situated in the Mayurbhanj district in the Indian state of Orissa. Simlipal National Park derives its name from the magnificent Simul (Silk Cotton Tree) tree.

The park has an vast area and has some beautiful waterfalls like Joranda and Barehipani. The park is famous for its tigers, leopards and elephants, hill maynah and orchids.
